Woaha, it’s been a crazy first week. I’ve done and seen a lot of things that I haven’t done before, and had a great first week in England. How about I just started from the top.

For the first day I was in England, I had some pretty intense jetlag. Not as bad as 2 years ago when I was puking my guts out, but still not very good. When we arrived at our flat in London, I did some BundleByting for a bit, then we headed out to Harrods which is just a street away. This flat is literally right next to Harrods. Anyway in Harrods we looked around for a bit, @clarkezone got some shirts, and I feel asleep a bunch of times. Finally, at the end of the day we went back to the flat and just passed out.

The next day we met up with some English friends, and went on a river tour of the Themes, so museums, and at the end of the day some pizza at Pizza Express (best pizza in England in my opinion).

It was time for the Houses of Parliament, one of my favorite trips so far. Seeing the House of Lords and the House of Commons was a great experience, and our entire family had a great time.

The next day, we went out to Oxford street for some shopping. It rained pretty damn hard, so it wasn’t that. We found this small little sweet shop called “Mrs. Kibbles” which @clarkezone and I joked about for a while. At the end of the day, we watched some tennis (Wimbledon).

It rained quite a bit on our last full day in London, but we made sure it was fun. In the morning, @clarkezone and I visited the Science Museum, and @veclarke and @harrietjrclarke went to the V&A museum. In the afternoon, we met up with some friends at a local pub, and watched a very intense game of tennis in the evening.

So there you have it, a quick review of the first few days of our England trip. I’m having a great, and there’s lots to come!
